We offer sacred connection to Jewish spiritual seekers of all ages and stages. We welcome and embrace people in interfaith partnerships, Jews who may or may not have found a Jewish home, and those exploring a Jewish path. Experienced or not, we meet you where you are and journey together.
Our Vision
As a diverse group of spiritual leaders, we offer personalized spiritual care through our multifaceted yes/and approach. We expand the definition of spiritual leadership through mutual trust and empowerment within our leadership team. In this way, we take our place as respected women leaders. In the midst of multiple shifting paradigms, we recognize new experiences of community and co-create the continuing evolution of Judaism. Together, we find new meaning in ancient wisdom.
Why This Matters
It is only since the last century that women have been formally ordained as Jewish clergy. The word rabbi or Jewish leader continues to evoke a male image. As a group of women leaders, we reflect the shifting paradigm away from predominantly male Jewish voices. Our collective is collaborative, not competitive.
We encourage the broadest and most authentic Jewish expression and exploration imaginable
The current Jewish landscape reflects a quickly changing (fast evolving) reality. The presence of women leaders opens doors to a variety of authentic Jewish expression and exploration that have previously not been reflected.
It is important to reflect the strength of Jewish female leadership.
